What is Soy Check ?

SOY-CHEK is an effective reagent to test soybean feed nutritional quality by determining the optimum processing point between inadequate and excessive heat treatment. Soy check detects "under" or "over" cooking of the soya that is harmful to its nutritional quality.

Principle of working

The sample of soya is arranged in a small dish, that we cover with the soy check solution. After some minutes, the obtained color is compared with a colorimetric scale consisted of 6 interpretations.
